These Terms of Service apply to the website and platform available at https://promptvlt.com/ ("PromptVault").
The website and platform available at https://promptvlt.com/, together with all related features, functionality, APIs, SDKs, integrations, and services, are referred to as the "Services".
PromptVault is operated by MB Aiso App (Company Registration No. 307556305), a company registered in Lithuania, with its registered address at Vilnius, Žirmūnų g. 105-88, LT-09116 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
For the purposes of these Terms, "you" or "user" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
We may update these Terms periodically at our discretion. When we make material changes, we may notify users through the platform, by updating the Effective Date, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
1. Our Services
PromptVault is a prompt management platform designed to help teams create, organize, version, stage, publish, deploy, and maintain prompts used in AI and LLM-powered applications.
PromptVault is not an AI model provider, inference provider, or LLM provider. Users remain responsible for their own relationships with third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, and others.
The Services are provided for internal business use and professional use.
Users who access the Services from outside Lithuania do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain parts of the Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing access permissions and user roles within their workspaces.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for the Services, other users, or third parties.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- upload malicious code or harmful content;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
- use the Services to create competing products;
- sell, transfer, or assign accounts;
- store or process regulated information in violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.
4. Customer Data, Prompts, and Ownership
Users retain ownership of prompts, prompt versions, metadata, workspace content, and other materials submitted to the Services.
PromptVault does not claim ownership of customer prompts or related content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, store, and use such content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Services.
You are solely responsible for the content submitted to the Services and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use and store such content.
5. Sensitive Data Restrictions
PromptVault is not designed or intended for the storage of sensitive personal information, medical information, payment card information, government-issued identifiers, confidential customer records, or other regulated information.
Users should avoid submitting such information through prompts, prompt metadata, workspace content, API configurations, or other materials stored in the Services.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
6. API Keys and Credentials
Users may choose to store API keys, integration credentials, and related information within the Services.
Users remain solely responsible for protecting and managing their credentials.
While we implement reasonable security measures, we do not guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse by users or third parties.
7. AI Features and Recommendations
PromptVault may provide AI-powered reviews, evaluations, recommendations, scores, suggestions, analyses, or similar outputs.
Such outputs are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, suitability, reliability, or effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.
Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, testing, deploying, and relying upon prompt changes and recommendations.
8. Deployment and Operational Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, publishing, deploying, rolling back, and managing prompts within their own applications and environments.
PromptVault does not guarantee the correctness, suitability, performance, safety, reliability, availability, or business impact of any prompt, deployment decision, rollback action, version selection, configuration, recommendation, or workflow.
Any business, operational, technical, legal, financial, or reputational consequences resulting from prompt usage remain the responsibility of the user.
9. Third-Party Providers and Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party providers including AI providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, payment providers, APIs, SDKs, and other services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, pricing, outputs, actions, restrictions, policies, or performance of third-party providers.
Your use of such providers remains subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Services may require payment.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We currently use Stripe to process payments.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected subscription plan and billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
We may, at our discretion, offer free trials for certain subscription plans.
If offered, each user is eligible for a free trial only once, regardless of the number of accounts, workspaces, plans, or billing profiles used.
At the end of a trial period, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing from time to time. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material pricing changes before they take effect.
11. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable once charged.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
12. Communications
We may send service-related communications, including account notifications, billing notices, security alerts, product updates, and operational messages.
We may also send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or created risk for the Services, users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
15. Modifications and Availability
While we aim to continuously improve and maintain the Services, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Although we strive to provide a reliable and high-quality service, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss.
Downtime, delays, bugs, interruptions, and service limitations may occur.
16. Service Expectations
PromptVault is designed to assist with prompt management and operational workflows.
While we strive to provide useful tools and functionality, we do not guarantee any particular technical, business, operational, financial, performance, quality, reliability, deployment, model, or product outcomes.
17. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, non-infringement, and accuracy.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB Aiso App and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, loss of prompts, deployment failures, service interruptions, security incidents, or reputational harm.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Any claim arising out of or relating to the Services must be brought within six (6) months after the event giving rise to the claim unless a longer period is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MB Aiso App and its personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Services;
- your content;
- your prompts;
- your integrations;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your violation of third-party rights.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
The courts of Vilnius, Lithuania shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

21. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.
We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
