Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of PromptVault, the prompt-management platform operated by MB Aiso App, a Lithuanian company (Registration No. 307556305) based in Vilnius. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Service Purpose

PromptVault enables developers and teams to centralize, edit, organize, version, and ship prompts that power AI applications, without needing to redeploy their software.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the platform.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use PromptVault to:

  • Send spam, harass, defraud, or otherwise abuse users.
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Transfer or sell your account.
  • Violate the rules of third-party platforms you integrate with.

Third-Party Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge that integrations with third-party AI providers and other services may be subject to those providers' rules and may trigger restrictions, rate limits, or other actions imposed by them.

AI Content Caveat

PromptVault may provide AI-assisted suggestions or evaluations. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate, and you remain responsible for reviewing them before use in production.

Subscriptions and Fees

Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next renewal date. Free trials are limited to one per user. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Aiso App disclaims all implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the amount you paid for the service in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Courts in Vilnius shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable EU consumer protections.
